*Marketing Specialist* Job Descriptions: a. Responsible for developing and executing comprehensive branding and marketing strategies, in order to enhance the brand identity and exposure of Soles by Michelin in China market. b. Work closely with sales people and clients to create marketing solutions for our brand partners, as a result, to improve their brand image and awareness. c. Co-ordinate with Michelin China for opportunities to get customers’ products (shoes) with Soles by Michelin exposed through public events and social medias. Provide all necessary assistance and supports to Michelin China. d. Communicate with all brand partners to make sure they are clear about the brand identity guideline of Soles by Michelin. e. Comprehend the design languages of Soles by Michelin and create story telling for our brand partners, in order to help consumers to understand the inspirations from Michelin tires. f. For all brand partners, make sure every design of indoor, outdoor and online advertisement (posters, banners, videos, etc) related to Soles by Michelin get approved by Michelin China in advance. f. Communicate regularly with our marketing team in Italy to share & exchange ideas related to the marketing activities in China, and get training, suggestion and/or guidance from Sales & Marketing Director and other colleagues in marketing department. g. Develop marketing and promotional materials (POP, POS, etc) for brand partners in China.
Qualifications: 1. College degree in marketing, business administration, communications or related fields. 2. Min. 5 years experience in marketing or similar roles. 3. Creative thinker with a strategic mindset. 4. Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills. 5. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. 6. Fluent in both English and Mandarin. 7. Familiar with the operation of Chinese social medias, e.g.: Weibo, WeChat, Tiktok China, etc. 8. Experience in shoes, soles or fashion industries will be a plus but not mandatory. 9. Proficient in MS office kit.
