I-工作职责Key Duties & Responsibilities
1.Transfer of Product Technology from the design team in the US and Europe to the Manufacturing Facility in China following the NPI Process
2.Communicate and discuss all aspect of technical, process and documentation from the Design Team
In the US and Europe with English Language (Review of Schematic, BOM, PCB and PCBA, Manufacturing process, Component Datasheets, etc. ) and all aspect of NPI process.
3.Responsible for providing support to different Manufacturing Departments (Chinese and/or English), solving technical issues, process, product build or any problem arises of the product.
4.Responsible for product design to improve quality, reliability and efficiency
5.Responsible for the evaluation of new parts and replacement parts, and complete relevant test plans and test reports
6.Must work with Project Managers with Project Timeline, Engineers and Report to Team leader and/or Department Managers.


II- 录用条件 Qualifications
1. Education Background (Major, certificate and etc)教育背景
Full-time undergraduate degree or above, majoring in electronic engineering or related majors.

2. Working Experience工作经验
Three (3) years or more of working experience in consumer electronics product development or new product introduction (NPI) in manufacturing, design of electronics is a good plus.

3. Critical Skills技能鉴定
Knows how to read and review Schematic Diagram, PCB gerber file
Knowledge on Firmware Tools, Programming, EEPROM,
Knowledge in MRP (Material Resource Planning) or similar database software
Knows how to use Test Equipment, Bench Test, data gathering and reporting (Excel, Power point)

4. Computer Skills计算机能力
Proficient in using Excel, Power Point, Word, and other related software, and able to skillfully complete various summary and analysis reports. Knowledge on automated test and PCB design and Schematic design is a plus but not necessary.

5. Language Abilities语言能力
Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.

6. Other Skills其他技能
