b. Participate in the daily management of workshop personnel, provide technical guidance and training, and continuously improve the skill level and morale of team members.
参与车间人员的日常管理，提供技术指导和培训，持续提升团队成员技能水平和士气。
c. Develop and improve the safety operation standards of each position in the workshop, supervise implementation, and continuously optimize. Continuously improving quality, reducing defect rates, and reducing production and operating costs.
制定和完善车间各岗位的安全作业标准，监督实施并持续优化。持续提升品质，降低不良率，降低生产运营成本。
d. Supervise team members to comply with national safety production regulations, implement company safety operation procedures, take effective labor protection measures, supervise the effective use of labor protection equipment, and implement safe and civilized production.
督促团队成员遵守国家安全生产法规，执行公司安全操作规程，采取有效劳动保护措施，监督劳动防护用品的有效利用，实行安全文明生产。
e. Supervise the maintenance of all kinds of equipment and facilities in the workshop, promote and promote the improvement and innovation of equipment and process, and improve the operation efficiency.
督促落实车间各类设备、设施的维护保养，促进和推动设备、工艺改进创新，提高运营效益。
f. Collect, organize, analyze, report and archive various management data of the workshop.
收集、整理、分析、汇报本车间各项管理数据并存档。

2. Qualification Requirements of the Incumbent 任职资格要求
a. Academic 学历:
High school or above, with no restrictions on majors.
高中或以上学历，专业不限。

b. Job Experience 工作经验:
More than 3 years of electrostatic powder coating work experience in hardware, including more than 1 year of technical management of powder coating.
从事五金件静电喷粉有关工作3年以上，其中喷粉技术管理工作经验1年以上。

c. Technical knowledge 专业知识:
Familiar with electrostatic powder coating complete production process, environmental protection and safety requirements.
熟悉静电喷粉完整的生产工艺、环保及安全要求。
Knowing management tools such as 6S and lean production.
了解6S、精益生产等管理工具。

d. Computer skills 电脑能力:
Proficient in computer and office software, have a certain ability of data analysis.
能熟练使用电脑和办公软件，有一定的数据分析能力。
