KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Policy and procedure Review and update department related policies, procedures,instruction and implement company's policies in order to insure department's work compliance with company's direction and decision. People management Allocate tasks to subordinates,Training and motivating warehouse employees ,dealing with functional/human resource issues in order to achieve department's targets. Warehouse operation and routines (i)Conduct warehouse routines and monitor all operations in all warehouse area; (ii)Monitor all materials/finish goods recieving/distributing/storing activities; (iii)Solve the key problems such as emergence materials revieving or distributing; in order to ensure materials and finish goods efficiently match production requirement; (iv)Provide documents and participate in internal and external audit in ordr to make sure the audit go smoothly; Scrap material management Monitor scrap material handling process and correct procedure when needed in order to insure scrap material recall and sell under control .
