Key Responsibilities
1. Manage the Tier 2 EE component demand fluctuation, predict the shortage/excess risk and highlight to the team and drive for actions.
2. Manage the Tier 2 EE component supply plan through suppliers’ POs, certain level buffer is needed. Ensure OTIF.
3. EE component inventory management, include but not limited to Customer Owned Inventory, CM Inventory and Distributor Inventory. Perform the inventory projection on a monthly base, drive for team’s action to hit the inventory target.
4. Work with GES/Sourcing team to manage Contract Manufacture, provide data support to the team for any business decision making like LTSA.
5. Set the guideline to the team based on the business needs, protect the business from the impacts of EE component issues.
6. Well train the team and chase for the procurement excellence.
7. Effort to build up the tier 2 EE component MRP system.

Person Specifications
61 University or above degree
61 8+ years relevant experience with good knowledge of Procurement/PMC (PCBA/EE component Management)
61 Fully understand MRP system and Purchase & Planning flow.
61 Experience in supply chain project management
61 Excellent analytical skills with logical mind.
61 Good command of English and could use English as working language.
61 Able to work effectively under pressure
61 Proficient in data analytic apps, excel, power BI, PPT skills etc.
