Duties & Responsibilities
1、 Responsible for the product regulatory and testing requirements in Toys
2、 Closely track changes in China product regulations and communicate relevant standards, requirements and policies to global team and customers
3、 Deliver the labelling requirement to BV customers and update the regulatory information. Support customer CIQ/AIC program solution.
4、 Perform gap analyses between service required vs. standard offer provided for new clients
5、 Support request for proposals review focusing on program administrative requirements and suggest as appropriate best practices
6、 Translate client instructions or requirements into operational language using process engineering or design for manufacturability methodologies
7、 Facilitate continuous improvement through projects in conjunction with operations, IT and various process teams
8、 Review program performance regularly with the client and key account manager
9、 Handle client complaints and facilitate resolutions real time
10、 Lead program change management using program design best practices

Skills & Requirements
1、 Strong background in technical sciences for Toys testing requirement
2、 Strong knowledge in applicable product safety standards and norms, testing procedures
3、 5-8 years of work experiences in product safety/conformity
4、 Strong background in product safety, and consumer protection law
5、 Good understanding in product development, supply chain management processes
6、 Good communication skills (verbal, writing) in English and Mandarin.
