1、有鞋业或鞋材料化工技术研发工作经验，在鞋类方面有丰富的产品和材料知识；
2、熟悉鞋材料生产工艺，化工、涂料、塑料等,具有较强的理工科背景。实验室技能；
3、为鞋类产品开发提供技术支持；
4、提供技术控制，包括客户要求和标准，以确保客户标准和质量得到维护；
5、化工、高分子材料等专业，英语熟练，与外国人对接；
5、完成管理层分配的其他任务。

职位内容：
61 Leading and executing research and development projects.
61 Developing and implementing innovative, sustainable product solutions in footwear.
61 Plan, coordinate, and monitor projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant execution.
61 Organising & running development main plant trials, liaising with the production to ensure 1st quality samples are produced.
61 Conduct lab trials and analyses to ensure requested product quality and safety
61 Evaluating laboratory results and finished samples to advance development projects, including performing statistical analysis and documenting findings
61 Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards throughout the development process.
61 Develop and establish specifications for raw materials and products in cooperation with Quality Control (QC).Provide hands on support and evaluate different materials and raw materials.
61 Create internal reports with all required data. Using internal tools like Teams/Accelerator
61 Support in laboratory work associated with the investigation of any technical service / customer complaints if needed.
61 Build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
61 Keeping yourself informed with current trends in the plastics and footwear industry to generate ideas for new products
61 Managing workload priorities and perform well under pressure with minimal supervision.
