1. 根据产品需求进行需求分析并设计测试用例；
2. 组织/执行硬件测试，定位测试问题并及时反馈给相关硬件研发维护人员，保证产品质量和测试进度。测试内容包括但不限于：
a. 图像性能；
b. 产品无线性能；
c. 音频性能；
d. 产品电气性能；
e. 板端电气性能；
f. 结构及可靠性；
3. 协助研发人员进行硬件测试定位并协助解决硬件问题；
4. 跟踪分析测试情况，解决测试过程遇到的问题；
5. 编写测试报告等基础测试文档；
6. 对竞品进行功能测评并输出对比报告；


任职要求：
1. 计算机、通信、电子类相关专业毕业；
2. 3 ～ 5年电子产品研发或测试工作经验；
3. 良好的沟通能力和表达能力，能承受一定的工作压力；
4. 能够独立完成测试任务；
5. 满足以下条件者优先：
a. 本科学历
b. 有实际测试项目管理相经验，能负责整个产品的测试；
c. 有智能家居产品使用测试经验者，如：WiFi产品、蓝牙产品、zigbee产品等其中之一即可；
d. 有IPC和NVR测试经验者；

Hardware Test Engineer
Responsibilities
1.Conduct requirement analysis and design test cases according to product requirements;
2.Organize/execute hardware tests, locate test problems, and timely feedback to relevant hardware R&D and maintenance personnel to ensure product quality and test progress. The test content includes but is not limited to:
a.Image performance;
b.Product wireless performance;
c.Audio performance;
d.Board level electrical performance;
e.Product level electrical performance;
f.Structure and reliability;
3.Assist R&D personnel in hardware test positioning and assist in solving hardware problems;
4.Track and analyze the test situation and solve the problems encountered in the test process;
5.Compile basic test documents such as test reports;
6.Perform functional evaluation of competing products and output comparison reports;
Job requirements:
1.Computer, communication, electronic related majors;
2.3~5 years of experience in electronic product development or testing;
3.Good communication skills and expression skills, able to withstand certain work pressure;
4.Able to complete test tasks independently;
5.Those who meet the following conditions are preferred:
a. Bachelor degree;
b. Have relevant experience in actual test project management and be responsible for the entire product test;
c. Those who have experience in testing smart home products, such as WiFi products, Bluetooth products, Zigbee products, etc.
d. Those with IPC and NVR testing experience;
