About the Role:
The senior accountant works with different parties within and outside Nexperia for accounting activities, ensure the accounting records and Internal & External reporting are reliable, accurate, timely with high quality.
What you will do:
Manage the accounting team and motivate the team to perform Month End Closing & complete the accounting tasks with quality manner
Coordinate with site controller / HR manager / treasury /Finance controller/ SSC / auditors
Ensure accurate, reliable financial statements in compliance with company reporting norms
Analyze data coherence in systems and reports, trouble-shoot and identify cause of errors to prevent recurrence
Perform internal control, CSOX / compliance (Monthly)
Prepare quarterly Cashflow forecast (RFF) and Bi-weekly cash forecast
Support annual auditing and annual tax filing
Coordinate government subsidies application
Work on global projects for process improvements
Optimize reporting process and procedures
What you will need:
Bachelor or above degree in Finance and /or Accounting
At least 5 years professional experience in Finance accounting in multinational companies under IFRS or PRC GAAP
Financial accounting experience in a manufacturing business, semi-conductor industry is a plus
Strong communication, presentation skill in English & leadership skills
PRC tax experience is a plus
Auditing experience / Accounting qualification (CICPA / ACCA / Charted Accountant) is a plus
Knowledge of SAP, SAP ECC6 or S4 is preferred
Able to work under stress and meet deadlines
