工作职责:Job Responsibility 1)负责东莞区域全渠道销售工作,具有一定市场资源和经销商开发经验者优先 Be responsible for the all channels product sales in some areas in Dongguan 2)完成公司要求的月度、季度、年度销售指标 Achieve the sales target assigned by the company 3)负责客户年度合同谈判及相关费用申请及核销 Be responsible for the contract negotiation and related expenses reimburment 4)带领并管理销售团队,建立并维护好客户关系 Good leadership among the sales team, good CRM in the area 5)负责客户库存、排面的各项管理, 完成公司各项KPI Tracking the inventory and meet the KPI requirement 7)监督并执行公司的各项促销活动 Monitoring the execute all the promotion required by the company
Requirement 职位要求: 1)Bachelor degree in related major 相关专业本科及以上学历 2)At least 5 years sales working experience in FMCG, 2 years team leader among it 5年以上快速消费品行业销售经验(啤酒类竞品公司销售经验尤佳),2年以上团队管理经验 3)Good communication & negotiation skills, excellent team leadership 良好的沟通、谈判及协调能力 4)Sensitive business inspectation with clear mindset , can manage the team independtly, 大局观强,能独立管理区域,思路清晰 5)Willing to accept the challenges and strong ambition to win 有创新精神;愿意接受挑战并有较强的韧性和取得成功的强烈愿望
