岗位职责：
1. 严格按照公司安全规定完成工作。
Complete the work in strict accordance with the company's safety regulations.
2. 严格按照工艺要求，负责生产线开停机，产品生产与转换工作。
Follow the process requirements and be responsible for the start-up and shutdown of the production line, as well as the production and conversion of products.
3. 填写各种生产记录，并做好归纳，填写工艺查证记录。
Fill in and summary various production records.
4. 处理，协调和解决生产中出现的问题，记录并反馈给上级。
Handle, coordinate and solve problems in production, record and feedback to superiors.
5. 协助班组长管理班组，指导，培训，协调，监督操作人员完成工作。
Assist the team leader to manage the team, guide, train, coordinate, and supervise the operation staff to complete the work.
任职要求：
1. 大专及以上学历优先。
College degree or above is preferred.
2. 3-5年制造业相关工作经验，塑胶行业优先
3-5 years of experience in manufacturing industry, experience in plastic industry is preferred.
3. 对线上5S管理具备基础了解
A basic understanding of the on-site 5S management.
4. SAP 知识和操作
SAP knowledge is preferred.
