职位描述
1. 遵守并部署公司全球信息标准及政策。
Comply and deploy the global IT standards and policies.
2. 定义并优化系统开发标准、进行系统功能需求分析、可行性研究、开发说明编辑、源代码版本及备注
管理、交叉检查、软件质量验收、变更及发布管理以确保软件按预定义好的需求范围、质量、开发周期成功实现一次***付。
Define and optimize the standard of system development, conduct system function requirement analysis, feasibility study, edit of development specification, manage the version of source code & comment, cross validation, inspection & acceptance of software quality to ensure successful one-time delivery by the pre-defined requirement scope, quality and development cycle time.
3. 基于IT服务管理中的服务等级协议,解决超级用户在IT服务平台提交或最终用户上升到超级用户的以及软件开发工程师上升过来的各种BIS、标签打印、小程序或其他软件问题。本人无法解决的问题需要及时上升到上一级。
Based on the SLA of ITSM, resolve all kinds of BIS, label print, mini program and other issue or problem requested from super user on IT service platform or escalated from end users to super user or software development engineer escalated and needed escalate to next level timely for those unresolved issues.
4. 负责与各业务部门的超级用户对接,收集相关的业务需求并归档并在ERP以外开发各种定制化应用程
序及其接口。
Interact with super user from each business department to collect related business requirement then document and develop all kinds of customized applications and related interfaces.
5. 负责与总部IT核心团队或外部开发顾问对接,推动新功能的开发、实施及现有功能的持续优化或是系
统迁移、更新升级。
Work together with Corp. IT core team or external development consultant, to drive the development & implementation of new function and continuous improvement on existing function or the system update or migrate or upgrade.
6. 持续改进并优化现有的APAC BIS框架。
Continuous improving and optimizing for current APAC BIS framework.
7. 对应用服务器及数据库SQL Server进行性能监控并优化。
Keep performance monitoring and continuous improving on application & database servers.
8. 负责软件系统测试、编辑测试脚本或文档、更新系统设计及培训文档。
Be responsible for software system test, create test script or document and upgrade system designment and training documentation.
9. 编制问题清单、详细记录问题的解决过程及解决方案并更新团队知识库。
Create issue list, record detail problem resolving procedure and solutions and upgrade team knowledge warehouse.
10. 指导、培训并发展(助理)软件开发工程师及其继任者,并对他们的工作交付负责。
Coach, train and develop (assistant) software development engineer and the successors, be responsible for thei work delivery.
11. 发展、培训及管理超级用户及其继任者。
Develop, train and management super user and the successors.
12. 推动并执行公司CIS政策规则,应用CIS各种工具或活动来去除或减少浪费并持续优化业务流程以创造价值。
Drive and carry out CIS policies and rules and apply all kinds of CIS tools or activities include change management, problem solving, RPS, visual management, 5S, tiered accountability, kaizen, LSW etc. to eliminate or reduce waste and keep continuous improving on business process to create value.
13. 经理或领导安排的其他工作。
Other tasks the leader or Manager assigned.


职位要求QUALIFICATIONS
1. 大专或以上软件或计算机应用或信息技术相关领域毕业。
College’s degree or above in software or computer application or information technology related field.
2. 至少3年以上BS架构开发工作经验。
Minimum of 3 years’ work experience of development on web framework.
3. 至少有一个大型软件应用系统实施或优化项目的全生命周期经验。
At least 1 full life cycle experience of big software application system’s implementation or improvement
project.
4. 熟悉企业供应链、生产、仓储管理、财务、质量等业务运作流程。
Be familiar with the business operation process of supply chain, production, warehouse, finance, quality
etc. in enterprise.
5. 熟悉开发工具微软Microsoft Visual Studio和数据库SQL Server,精通B/S架构开发及其主流技巧、工
具如MVC/Web Form/Bootstrap/UI/Java script etc.。
Be familiar with development tools of Microsoft visual Studio and database SQL Server. Master the development skills-based B/S frame, especially focus on the skillsets of MVC/Web Form/Bootstrap/UI/Java script etc.
