Key responsibilities 主要职责：
1. In charge of the engineering work and follow up projects from design to mass production release.
2. Provide engineering expertise for supporting global product development and transfer product from concept to production.
3. Communicate with suppliers to confirm component specification, target cost and lead-time.
4. Create plan for mock up and rapid prototyping.
5. Prepare 3D layout for ID to precede conceptual design.
6. Prepare 3D part drawing and detail 2D drawing, subassembly drawing, and exploded drawing. Performing dimensioning and tolerance calculations. Capable to apply geometric tolerance dimensioning.
7. Initiate documentation like BOM, New Part List, Tooling List and ECN.
8. Create tool plan, mold and die cast debugging. Evaluate the new part according to the drawing.
9. Coordinate with purchasing to organize engineering build, pilot run.
10. Follow up reliability testing with QA laboratory.
11. Keep product file as most updated.
12. Follow up continuous product improvement actions.
Your profile 任职资格：
1.At least 5 years working experience in relevant industries.
2.Bachelor's degree or above
3.Good computer experience with Windows, Microsoft Office, email communication, 2D and 3D CAD (Solid works and Pro/E).
4.Good level of written English, with CET-4 or above is an advantage.
5.Able to work pro-actively and effectively, self-starter and hardworking
