What We Do – Accountabilities
- Check fitting & line comments from turnover meetings from USA offices based on designers, technicians and customers’ requests.
- Check and improve (if necessary) the visual of the shoe
- Check and improve the fit of the shoe by adjusting the last
- Check the safety of the shoe
- Work with staffs from the factories in order to achieve all needed techniques, correct visual, safety and good fit
Essential Functions
- Understand clearly the requests requested by designers, technicians and customers from the turnover meeting from the USA office.
- Evaluate if the upper is well designed on the last in order to make sure it will be well aligned on the foot.
- Evaluate the last; understand the last techniques needed to adjust the last to get a good fit.
- Evaluate the upper to make sure the backing materials, the reinforcements and tapes are all technically correct.
- Evaluate if the upper fits the last properly for a normal lasting.
- Evaluate all the components from the construction (insole, heel, top lift, platform, wedge, etc) to make sure they follow our standards.
- Evaluate if the whole shoe making process of the style is able to be duplicate in mass production.

Preferred Qualifications & Education
- Graduation in a Shoe Technical School
- Above 5 years working in shoe factories in production, development and pre- production departments
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
