**Basic Job Requirements:
Work Experience: 3 - 5 years of relevant cost calculation experience in footwear industry.
Basic English skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing are required.
Software Skills: Microsoft office especially Word and Excel, Power Point with advanced skills in using Excel Pivot Tables, lookup functions….to effectively organize data and generate reports.
Usage Calculation: Ability to accurately calculate material usage.
Familiarity with Footwear Materials**: Basic understanding of footwear materials, with knowledge of the characteristics, costs, and market prices of different shoe materials.
Analytical Skills: Familiar with cost breakdown, cost structures; Strong ability to analyze data with costing and provide accurate pricing
Communication Skills**: Good communication skills, capable of effectively communicating with internal teams and suppliers, factories.
Teamwork Spirit: Must have strong teamwork skills, able to collaborate closely with team and other department
Detail-Oriented**: High attention to detail in the pricing process to ensure accuracy and precision in all quotations.
Problem-Solving Ability**: Able to handle various challenges and issues in daily work, and quickly find solutions.
