工作职责ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. 确保安全指标，确保挂牌上锁，PPE，化学品管理目标。确保设备性能平稳，更好满足生产。
A maintenance technician role primarily involves ensuring all equipment running smoothly with the best cost and efficiency.
2. 按照规范要求完成设备日常维修和维护工作。
Complete routine repair and maintenance of equipment according to specifications.
3. 执行设备预防性维护，自主维护绩效指标：确保OEE，MTBF，MTTR关键指标达成。
Implement equipment preventive maintenance and self-maintenance performance indicators: ensure that key indicators of OEE, MTBF and MTTR are achieved.
4. 协助备件及工具管理；服从现场管理。跟进公司固定资产管理。
Assisted in spare parts and tool management; Obey site management. Follow up company fixed asset management.
5. 执行新设备导入，安装验证。
Import new devices and verify the installation.
6. 对维修和设备维护需求积极响应，并按照规范要求认真填写各项记录。
Actively respond to maintenance and equipment maintenance requirements, and fill in all records in accordance with the specifications.
7. 确保自身在工作场所内所有活动和工作合法合规。
Ensure that all activities and work in the workplace are in compliance with the law.
8. 认真学习设备维修和保养知识，执行TPM活动要素。
Conscientiously learned equipment repair and maintenance knowledge, and implemented TPM activity elements.
9. 根据优先级保持有序的工作流程,接受公司安排的其他临时工作。
Maintain orderly work flow according to priority, accept other temporary work assigned by the company.


职位要求QUALIFICATIONS
1. 大专及以上学历，机械或电子专业优先。
college degree, major in mechanical or electronic is preferred.
2. 有1年或以上跨国企业设备维修工作经验优先，接受优秀应届毕业生。
1 year or above working experience in equipment maintenance in multinational enterprises, outstanding fresh graduates are accepted.
3. 良好的故障排除能力。
Good troubleshooting ability.
4. 积极主动沟通能力，良好的学习态度和能力。
Proactive communication skills, good learning attitude and ability.
5. 熟悉立式注塑机，端子机，脱皮机，镭射印字，超声波焊接，及自动化设备。
Familiar with vertical injection molding machine, terminal machine, peeling machine, laser printing, ultrasonic welding, and automation equipment.
6. 熟悉硅胶成型设备及工艺，熟悉真空镀膜设备及工艺。
Familiar with silicone molding equipment and process, familiar with vacuum coating equipment and process
