职责内容/Responsibilities:
1﹑负责公司内部精益生产项目的开展和推进，推动公司的持续改善和发展。
Responsible for plant lean production project, push plant focus on Kaizen event, pushing on sustainable improvement and development.
2﹑负责公司内部精益文化的建设和推进。
Responsible for continuous improvement culture setup and promotion;
3﹑负责内部改善活动的开展。
Responsible for internal kaizen event/Kaizen blitz activity;
4﹑总经理安排的其它工作。
Other works arranged by Plant manager.
任职资格要求/Job Requirement :
1﹑至少7年以上精益生产管理工作经验，熟悉变压器工艺流程优先；
At least 7 years on lean production management working experience, prefer to have transformer process knowledge;
2﹑良好的沟通能力、分析建议能力、逻辑判断能力以及项目管理能力
Good communication skills, analytical suggestion ability, and logical judgment ability, project management capabilities.
3﹑大专及以上学历,英语书写流畅, 口语流利
College's degree required. Fluent written / oral English.
