岗位职责: 1. In charge of procurement activities and projects in the university. 2. Effective use of E-procurement system to develop and enhance procurement efficiency. 3. Engage in the bidding process, supplier evaluation and selection, organize the bidding activity and documentation. 4. In charge of E-procurement, contract review and documentation control. 5. Perform government related procurement projects using e-platform etc. 6. Assist departments on project review and closing. 7. Fixed asset management with proper document control. 8. In charge of procurement project monitoring and control, contract closing. 9. Other duties assigned. 1、负责校内各单位发起的校内自主采购项目; 2、负责学校电子化采购平台的采购活动,发展和完善采购程序,确保学校采购活动的经济性和效率性; 3、参与学校自主采购的招投标,协调供应商选择,负责评审现场组织协调、文字记录等工作; 4、负责督促电子化交易项目的合同履约和项目管理; 5、负责政采云平台电子卖场、中介超市等各类电子化采购工作; 6、协助部门进行项目验收; 7、负责固定资产管理工作,包括采购文件档案归集、收发文件管理等; 8、负责组织和督促受理项目的采购合同会签、用印、履约跟踪、业务咨询等工作; 9、承担领导交办的其他工作。 任职要求: Educational background: Bachelor Degree or above. Major: Three years or above working experience in purchasing, project management, supply chain or finance, prefer from university/high-school education/international companies. Language preference: Proficiency in using Chinese and English, good commend in writing skill Others: Integrity with good record, customer service-oriented mindset with purchasing/contract management know-how, good analytical still and positive mindset. This position requires an English interview and a written test. 学历要求:本科以上学历; 专业要求:有采购、项目管理、财务、审计或供应链3年以上工作经验,有校采购或大型企事业单位的工作经验者优先; 语言要求:能用中文和英语为工作语言,有较强的文书编写能力; 其他:诚实,过往工作无不良记录;有采购、合同管理的经验,有客户服务的意识;有财务分析和决策能力,有较强的商务谈判能力。 此岗位需要英文面试+笔试。
