任职要求Job Requirements:
1.本科及以上学历，电子、通信、机电、机械等理工科专业背景。
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in electronics, communication, electromechanical, mechanical and other engineering disciplines.
2.三年以上专利相关工作经验，有专利代理师资格证和专利审查或大型企业专利部门工作经验者优先。
- More than 3 years of patent related work experience, with a02patent02agent02qualification02certificate02and patent examination or large enterprise patent department work experience preferred.
3.熟悉专利、商标等相关法律法规和国际条约，具备扎实的专业知识和良好的技术理解能力。
-Familiar with relevant laws and regulations and international treaties related to patents, trademarks, etc., with solid professional knowledge and good technical understanding ability.
4.具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够有效地与客户和内部团队进行协作。
-Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to collaborate effectively with customers and internal teams.
5.具备良好的英语读写听能力，能够熟练阅读和理解英文技术文献和专利文件。

职责描述Job02Description：
1.负责专利检索和分析，包括但不限于前案调查、侵权和无效分析，并提出规避设计建议；
-Responsible for patent retrieval and analysis, including but not limited to prior art investigation, infringement and invalidation analysis, and providing design suggestions to avoid infringement;
2.对研发创新进行专利布局，设计周密的保护策略，为产品或技术增强竞争优势；
-Conduct patent layout for innovation, design well-planned protection strategies, and enhance competitive advantages for products or technologies;
3.参与专利诉讼和维权，提供技术支持和咨询；
-Participate in patent litigation and rights protection, provide technical support and consultation;
4.监控行业技术领域相关的信息，关注竞争者的研究动态，为企业制定专利战略、研发部门开发目标和方向等服务；
-Monitor information related to the technology field of the industry, follow the research trends of competitors, and provide services such as formulating patent strategies, development goals and directions for RD departments for enterprises;
5.与研发、PM、市场业务等部门保持良好沟通和协作，确保工作顺利进行并达到预期目标；
-Maintain good communication and collaboration with RD, PM, marketing and other departments to ensure smooth work and achieve expected goals;
6.组织识别各标准组织的SEP，寻求交叉授权许可，制定并审核许可协议；
-Organize the identification of SEP of various standard organizations, seek cross-licensing agreements, and develop and review licensing agreements;
7.制定公司内部知识产权培训文件、知识产权管理体系文件，定期组织培训；
-Develop internal IP training documents and IP management system documents for the company, and organize regular training.
8.内部专利统筹管理以及主管安排的其他事项。
- Overall management of internal patents and other matters arranged by the supervisor.
