岗位职责：
1. Gather Market Intelligence, identify major categories, analyze current spend & develop an optimal Direct Strategy Plan.
2. Technical understanding for development of supply roadmap identifying key commodities (e.g. cathode, anode, separator, foils, electrolyte, binder, Structural parts) and supply risk factors (e.g. Risk assessment capacity, etc.)
3. Sourcing and purchasing of materials, in line with specified cost, quality, and delivery targets
4. Build and maintain strong connections with research and development team to identify strategies and to develop suppliers both locally and globally.
5. Lead strategic proactive tenders (RFI/RFQ), negotiations, supplier selections for approved & new Direct suppliers.
6. Support Sourcing director on team management specifically focused on cost and supply information tracking for key activities.
7. Research and evaluate areas of opportunity and reduce costs where possible
8. Develop ideas and strategies to improve operational efficiency, add value, aid business performance, and work towards a strategy of continuous improvement.
9. Assess and evaluate suppliers and undertake performance reviews driving improvement activities.
10. Support PMC team to ensure maximize supply improvements and avoid production delays.
