工作职责:
1)参与新产品的早期设计，研究并提供方案或建议给研发团队.
Involved from early design phases of new products, study and provide proposal or suggestion to PD team.
2)执行DFA 审核,并出具DFA报告.
Perform DFA review and come out a DFA report.
3)参与内部及外部DFA report 评审, 推动设计变更改善
Attending internal and external DFA report review, drive for design change for improvement.
4)新技术或新制程研究
New technology and new process study.
5)参与新产品试制和DOE, 跟进DFA问题点. 与NPI team一起进行不良分析确认是否与设计相关.
Involve in NPI build and DOE, follow up DFA issue; work with NPI team for failure analysis to check if related with design.
6)经验教训总结.
Lesson learnt summarization.
7)内部DFA设计规范修订维护.
Internal DFA design guideline revision and update.
8)内部DFA 工具和方法知识培训.
Internal training on DFA tool and knowledge.
9)其他上级安排的工作.
Other duties and responsibilities assigned by managers.
任职资格:
1) 大专或以上学历，机械工程相关专业；
Junior college and above, Major in Mechanical Engineering related.
2) 良好的英文听说读写能力，口语沟通熟练;
Good English skill in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
3) 五年以上消费类电子产品DFA和精密组装工艺经验；具备结构设计和手机或穿戴产品经验优先；
Five years or above experience in consumer electrical product DFA and precision assembly process, with experiences in mechanical design and mobile phone or wearable product are a plus。
4) 具备PTC Creo，ProE或同等3D CAD软件的工作经验；
Working experience of PTC Creo or ProE or equivalent 3D CAD software.
5) 需要理解并能够建立零件和装配的公差分析；
Required to understand and be able to build tolerance analysis for parts and assemblies.
6) 熟悉行业内先进组装工艺能力，具备但不限于点胶、热压、冷压、超声波焊接、镭射焊接等相关经验；
Know well about advance assembly process capability in the industry, with related experiences in but not limited to glue dispensing, hot pressing, cold pressing, ultrasonic soldering, laser welding, etc.
7) 对胶水, 粘合剂、PSA和VHB等材料和应用有基本了解；
Basic understanding on material and application of glue, adhesives, PSA and VHB, etc.
8) 对塑胶件,五金件, 模切件等工艺及材料有基本了解；
Basic understanding of plastics, metal, die-cut, etc process and material.
9) 有独立对接外国客户的经验优先。
With experiences in contacting with foreign customer in dependently is a plus.
10) 良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，良好的责任心和灵活性。
Good communication skills and teamwork, good responsibility and flexibility.
