Job functions:
1.Provide leadership to lead the Quality Team for quality improvement programs and execute quality control programs and activities from IQC, IPQC to FQA;
2.Maintain and continuously improve the quality system to achieve quality goals;
3.Support product development with early involvement at conceptual stage to final prduct factory audits to ensure the suppliers compliance;
4.Formulate and manage Product Quality Plan to ensure the compliance of quality and oduction stage, as quality alignment upfront;
5.Lead to consafety standards, and customer’s requirements;
6.Drive the investigation of all customer complaints and product failure, to facilitate resolution as well as implementation of corrective and preventive actions;
7.Perform ad hoc assignments by management.
Requirements:
1.Higher diploma or above in Quality/Manufacturing engineering or related disciplines;
2.5 Years solid experience in quality assurance and quality control in PRC manufacturing environment, with minimum 3 years in a managerial position;
3.Experience in Printing / Paper Products / Toys & Gifts Industry is an advantage;
4.Basic knowledge in ISO/QC/TS systems;
5.Knowledge and experience in quality tools e.g. SPC, FMEA, PPAP techniques is preferred;
6.Strong leadership with excellent analytical skills and result oriented;
7.Good communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
8.Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
