Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced IT Support professional with a strong academic background in computer-related fields. The ideal candidate should possess either a bachelor's degree or an associate degree, along with 3-5 years of relevant IT support experience. Provide ***-level support to local office users for all commonly used software, hardware, network devices, NAS storage, and Office 365 related products. 2. Assist other office colleagues remotely with similar issues. 3. Maintain and troubleshoot IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance. 4. Support and maintain test lab environments if applicable. 5. Ensure proper documentation of IT support tasks and resolutions. 6. Educate and train users on IT best practices and new technologies.
