1. Conduct testing of products at both the development and mass production stages.
2. Manage testing equipment, including maintenance, calibration, handling of anomalies, and evaluation of new equipment introductions.
3. Be able to review English protocols, can simply communicate with UK team about testing results.
4. Following standardized testing procedures, conduct testing of products and update test report in English.
5. Able to manage multiple projects at same time, and complete test task efficiently and accurately.
6. Weekly update visual test schedule.
7. Communicate testing results clearly and promptly to the NPD, engineering, and quality teams.


Hard skills:
61 Professional and variety of knowledge on testing, especially for test execution:
o Mechanical testing: abrasion, shock, hardness
o Packaging transportation(ISTA)
o Environmental testing: high temperature and high humidity, temperature cycle, UV aging(yellowing),salt spray
o Chemical testing: artificial sweating ,etc.
o Electronic testing: ESD
o Water/dust ingress
61 Familiar with majority of international testing standard(ASTM, IEC, MIL, etc.) and experience to work with some famous testing lab(SGS, BV, ITS or CTI)
61 Good English(Listening and writing)
61 Familiar with material characteristics and manufacturing processes of plastics, metals, fabrics, adhesives
61 Experience with electronics reliability testing is preferrable.
61 Ability to multi-task and manage numerous projects at once.
