主要职责：
.领导和管理一个由 4 名采购员和 3 名技术采购工程师组成的团队，以确保高效和有效的采购流程。
.制定和实施机械和电气零件的采购策略，专注于具有高质量要求的小批量。
.利用您在金属零件加工（压铸、工具、CNC、冲压）和塑料注射成型方面的技术专长来评估供应商并确保产品质量。
.与跨职能团队合作，包括研发、工程和生产，以使采购活动与项目需求保持一致。
.与供应商谈判以获得有利的条件，包括成本、质量和交货时间。
.监控市场趋势、供应商绩效和行业发展，以确定改进和节省成本的机会。
.确保符合公司政策、行业标准和法规要求。
.母语为中文，具有出色的中英文沟通能力。
.机械工程、制造或相关领域的学士学位或经验。具有机械设计或金属零件制造背景者优先。
.至少 5 年的技术采购经验，重点是机械和电气部件。
.具有较强的金属零件加工（压铸、模具、CNC、冲压）和注塑成型技术知识。
.在管理采购团队和制定采购策略方面拥有丰富的经验。
.表现出处理小批量、高质量需求和管理复杂供应商关系的能力。
.出色的谈判、分析和解决问题的能力。
.较强的领导和团队管理能力。

Requirements:
.Native Chinese speaker with excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English.
.Bachelor’s degree or experience in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. A background in mechanical design or metal parts manufacturing is highly preferred.
.Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical purchasing, with a focus on mechanical and electrical components.
.Strong technical knowledge of metal parts processing (die casting, tooling, CNC, stamping) and plastic injection molding.
.Proven experience in managing purchasing teams and developing procurement strategies.
.Demonstrated ability to work with small-quantity, high-quality requirements and manage complex supplier relationships.
.Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
.Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
.Experience working in an international or multicultural environment.
.Familiarity with ERP systems (Microsoft AX or Microsoft Dynamics) and procurement software.
.Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
.Knowledge of environmental and sustainability requirements
