This is a one year contract role to manage the accounting and reporting of a management entity, ensure compliance of internal and external policies.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
61 Ensure all invoices/expenses are entered correctly into the finance system. When the invoices are due, prepare the payment in E-banking in advance to make sure on-time payment without any error. 61 Keep closely monitoring the billing, collection from EAST customers and follow-up on overdue invoices issues in daily basis to make sure no long overdue invoices more than 90 days. 61 Prepare the balance confirmation during month-end closing with all EAST customers to avoid intergroup mismatch and perform the balance sheet reconciliation after month-end closing without material error to be reviewed by EAST Finance Manager. 61 Closely monitoring the NWC, cashflow forecast analysis and could provide a clear variance analysis if there is any. Ensure cashflow management is aligned with Corporate Treasury policy. 61 Local tax registered and 3rd party invoice matching into ERP. 61 Familiar with the process of FX cash receipt in local bank and also understand L/C and bank collection process. 61 Project management & English speaking skill will be treated a plus. 61 Others as required/ assigned.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
61 2-5 years of finance or accounting related work experience 61 Good understanding of accounting principles and familiar with IFRS will be treated as a plus
