Key Responsibilities

1.Market Research & Insights
Conduct in-depth market research and analysis of the home appliance industry to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. Stay updated on technological advancements in home appliances and related components.
2.Product Positioning & Strategy
Assist the Commercial Manager in developing and executing marketing strategies to position our home appliance components effectively in the market. Ensure that product messaging highlights our value propositions.
3.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with R&D and Sales teams to ensure marketing strategies align with product development and commercial goals. Support product launches and ensure that technical features/advantages are communicated clearly to customers.
4. Customer Engagement & Relationship Building
Work together with Sales to build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, industry influencers, and partners. Work to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through targeted engagement initiatives.
61 Performance Tracking & Reporting
Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and product launches. Use data to optimize strategies, measure ROI, and track progress towards business goals.
5.Technical Expertise
Leverage your understanding of the product’s technical aspects to ensure accurate and compelling communication in marketing materials.

Knowledge & Experience / Skills
1.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or a related technical field (MBA preferred).
2.Strong understanding of the home appliance industry, including key players, trends, and market dynamics.
3. At least 5 years of experience in technical marketing, ideally within the home appliance/electronic components sector.
4.Experience working with technical teams to understand complex product features and effectively communication skills.
5.Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns in a B2B environment.
6.Strong technical background, with the ability to translate complex product features into clear, customer-facing message.
7.Excellent market research and analytical skills.
8.Exceptional communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
9.Self-motivated and able to work independently.
10.Fluent in both Chinese and English.
