Your primary focus will be to support the Technical Team in managing all products technically, ensuring they meet relevant quality and regulatory requirements.

Job responsibilities:
1. communicate with domestic and foreign factories, collect documents and samples required for cosmetics filing and archival management;
2, responsible for cosmetics regulatory compliance audit (cosmetics raw material and formula compliance, label copy, etc.), product declaration, registration, filing, inspection and other related technical regulatory affairs;
3. Provided necessary technical support for cosmetics regulations to relevant departments of the company and update the progress of project regulations and technologies.

Qualification：

1.2 years working experience in testing, regulations and compliance, familiar with international laws and regulations, familiar with cosmetics related regulations is preferred.
2. Fluent in written English, spoken English is a plus.
3. Proficient in office software.

工作职责：
1、 负责与国内外工厂沟通，收集化妆品备案所需文件和样品并存档管理；
2、 负责化妆品法规合规性审核 (化妆品的原料与配方合规性、标签文案等)、 产品申报、注册、备案，送检等相关技术法规事务；
3、 为公司相关部门提供必要化妆品法规技术支持，更新项目法规技术相关进度。


要求：
1.2年有关测试，法规，合规方面的工作经验，熟悉国际法律法规，熟悉化妆品相关法规更佳。
2.英语读写流利，口语良好更佳。
3.办公软件熟练。
