Responsibilities

74 Provides day-to-day technical support & problem-solving for production, development and research operations, like localization, material substitution, etc.
74 Trains operators and trades personnel on new equipment and processes
74 Uses rigorous processes and technical knowledge to build detailed technical
understanding for key process steps
74 Functions as a team member or team leader on focused projects
74 Trouble shoots material, process and equipment issues, identifies root cause and implements corrective action
74 Implements and documents material, process and/or equipment changes
74 Ensure the manufacturing process is aligned to the documented standard
74 Ensure manufacturing operations executes the process to the global standard
74 Continuously monitor and analyze process performance data to provide early warning of deviations and ensure process is operating to expected global standards
74 Identify, propose, and evaluate changes to the process to improve control, stability and efficiency
74 Implement local changes to the global process standard in accordance with the global change management process
74 Create and modify fixture, assembly, and flyer drawings. Create and modify drawings as part of raw material specifications
74 Establish new Bills of Materials (BOM) and update existing BOM’s as required
74 Uses simple statistical tools and Designed Experiments (DOE) in process problem solving and process improvement; Uses more sophisticated statistical tools and DOE techniques in problem solving and process/product improvement
74 Supports new product introductions through equipment installation, process certification, documentation and training
74 Develops SME knowledge of material, process and/or equipment in focused
areas of manufacturing or engineering
74 Drive continuous improvement of existing products and processes
74 Complete assigned projects that include product evolutions, process
improvements, and modifications to existing products to meet customer requirements.
74 Support of production, quality control, and purchasing by evaluating
discrepancies with materials, communicating with suppliers, and
troubleshooting as needed.
74 Meet plant cost reduction goals through process and productivity
improvements and efficiently managing consumables and operating supplies
74 Support other manufacturing functions assigned by supervisor from time to time
74 Work to comply company objectives and goals on Safety and EHS
requirement, obey all company EHS rules (Include: Policy, Procedure, SOP and other requirements)
74 Other tasks supervisor assigned
74 Ensure compliance to company EHS requirements within plant IT (Include: Policy, Procedure, SOP and other requirements)


Requirements:
74 Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent technical experience or equivalent experience (exceptional case)
74 At least 3 years experiences in mechanical engineering or other related manufacturing engineering area including process, material, control, mechanical and other related knowledge
74 Good communication skill and positive working attitude.
74 Good written English skill
