What You Will Do 1.Join customer specification review for special project 2.Provide draft process instruction to support sample making when needed 3.Complete formal FC and submit BOM,training related parties on process instruction (PI) 4.Establish and maintain standard operation procedure &defect analyse systems (DAS). 5.Lead x-functional team to conduct PFMEA, & maintain/update PFMEA 6.Evaluate PCR/ECR raised by others from ME view, or raise PCR/ECR 7.Stabilize and continual improve process capability 8.Process failure analysis & trouble shooting 9.Lead to conduct new product trial run per trail run plan 10.Lead to review trial run result, and follow up corrective/improvement action 11.Lead process improvement activities and Join with Lean project&6-Sigma project
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
1.Bachlor degree or above in engineering or 6 years minimum mechanical& die tooling design engineering. 2.More than 5 year experience in large manufacturing plant or professional equipment or tooling company, with minimum 4 years working experience in stamping, die or automatic, assembly design etc. Knowledge of metals and plastics. 3.2D & 3D CAD skills for modeling and documentation, Unigraphics / NX experience 4.Knowledge of mechanism (design & analysis), mechanical cam driven, electrical servo driven, etc. Ability to estimate costs of components designed 5.Tolerance analysis experience 6.Problem solving and decision making skills Strong team work and problem solving skills; 7.Good communication on English read & written;
