Key Responsibilities: 1. Support material team to maintain accurate reporting on status of materials in development & stage of approval. 2. Support material team daily administration, including parcel arrangement, filling and data entry. 3. Maintain all aspects of the materials library 4. Submit new developed material testing 5. Provide other clerical support to the team and Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Required Experience and Qualifications: 1. At least 2 years working experience, preferably gained in sourcing/buying office and fashion industry 2. Strong communication skills and good interpersonal relationships 3. Detail orientated, well organized, self-motivated, proactive willing to learn and develop 4. Good command of English 5. Good skill in MS excel and MS word 6. Flexible and willing to take challenges
