Job Description 主要工作内容
1.Based on the overall goals of the company, establish work objectives for the mold department.依据公司总体目标，制定模具部工作目标。
2.Responsible for making new mold production plan and organizing its implementation. Ensure that the mold is completed on time.负责制定新模具生产计划，并组织实施。确保模具按时完成。
3.Responsible for arranging the maintenance and repair of molds during production.负责生产中模具的维修、保养事项安排。
4.Responsible for on-site management of the mold workshop, planning and maintenance of mold equipment.负责模具车间现场管理，模具设备的规划和维修维护。
5.Responsible for mold manufacturing quality and quality control. Can promptly and efficiently handle problems that arise during mold processing.负责模具制造质量和品质管控。对模具加工中出现的问题能及时高效处理。
6.Responsible for performance evaluation and assessment of workshop employees,负责车间员工的绩效考核和评定.
7.Responsible for technical training of mold workshop engineers and technicians.负责模具车间工程师、技工的技术培训.
任职资格 Talent qualifications
1.At least 12+ years of experience in plastic injection mold manufacturing, including 6+ years of experience as a mold supervisor or manager.Very good hands on experience in leading team to fullfill the tooling delivery on time and on quality.至少拥有 12 年以上塑料注塑模具制造方面的经验，其中包括 6 年以上作为模具主管或经理的任职经历。具备出色的团队领导能力，能够带领团队按时、按质完成模具交付工作。
2.Proficient in mold manufacturing technology and familiar with machining equipment requirement and application. 精通模具制造技术，并熟悉加工设备的要求及应用。
3.Very good experience in machining outsourcing management for key process, like CNC, EDM, Wirecut, Texturing, etc在关键工序（如数控加工、电火花加工、线切割加工、纹理加工等）的外包加工管理方面有着非常出色的经验。
4.Can use UG or ProE 3D software to review and analysis mold design drawing.能够使用 UG 或 ProE 三维软件来审查和分析模具设计图纸。
5.Good at problem solving and data driven way of thinking.擅长解决问题以及以数据为导向的思维方式。
6.Good leadership skill driving team for excellence. 卓越团队的出色领导能力推动团队进步。
7.Familiar with mold quality requirement and how to control mold quality.熟悉模具质量要求以及如何把控模具质量。
8.English Reading or Writing is needed.良好的英语阅读或写作.
