岗位要求Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor or above, IE or mechanical engineering major, 5 years IE experiences本科学历，工业工程或机械相关专业；5年以上IE相关工作经验；
2. Experience in leading standard working hours; 有主导过标准工时体系建立的经验；
3. Experience in database system development; 有数据库系统建立的相关工作经验；
4. Good logical thinking逻辑思维较强；
5. Good innovative thinking, communication, team work具备创新意识，有较强的沟通及工作协调能力、团队意识，责任心强；
6. Good English listening and speaking skills较好英语听说读写能力。
