Position Description:
1. Maintain and updating material toolbox database in SAP and adding materials to the qualified material library.
2. Monitor compliance and provide technical expertise to ensure RSL control. Cooperate with test team to organize RSL testing.
3. Works with the team to identify root cause of material issue including a corrective action taken.

4. Support teams for new materials resourcing and new supplier information collection.

Position Requirements:
1. bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Chemical or Textile).
2. Minimum 3 years’ experience in footwear, textile, polymer foam industry.
3. Excellent knowledge in footwear material for polymer and foam or textile.
4. Extensive knowledge of material development and commercialization process, and with experience in engineering.
5. Familiar with industrial test standards for bottoms and/or top cover material for footwear applications
6. Good English communication skills on written and oral. Chinese language skill is preferred. Ideal Candidate Experience & Qualification
