REQUIREMENTS:DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Involve NPI phase project requirement review and component DFM review.
2. Understand and familiar with each key supplier system/process capability.
3. Involve team on supplier selection full frame review and team work out final decision.
4. Identify supplier opportunity, drive/push/involve supplier development on supplier capability improvement, including but not limit on equipment, process, tooling…
5. High risk supplier/component APQP process management and PPAP review. Ensure move to mass production smoothly.
6. Relevant information sharing and delivery to AQP/MQA/MIE. Lesson learn database creation.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Degree or Diploma in Science or Engineering
2. 5 years minimum in supplier quality or advance quality management. Strong plating knowledge
3. Statistical technique, Quality tools, internal auditor for ISO9000/IATF16949 with audit skill
4. English ability, especially reading/writing
5. Basic computer skills
6. Good interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.
