Job Summary: Support the Program Manager in the execution and follow-up of key project activities throughout the product lifecycle—from development through to mass production. This position is intended for a junior-level candidate with an engineering background who will manage task coordination, maintain project action registers, and facilitate across teams’ communication. This role provides an opportunity to learn and grow within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1.Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders to support smooth project execution. 2.Assist in preparing regular project status update and data summaries. 3.Maintain and update the project action register and follow up with responsible owners to ensure timely task completion. 4.Track material availability and delivery status for samples and NPI builds. 5.Collect and consolidate trial build data from engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams. 6.Help identify project risks and escalate issues that may impact timelines or deliverables. Qualifications and Requirements: 1.Education: Bachelor’s degree, mechanical, electronics, optics, or related fields is preferred. 2.Experience: 2.1 Internship or 0–2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment. 2.2 Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for tracking and reporting. 2.3Basic understanding of product manufacturing or development processes is preferred. 3.Communication Skills: 3.1Good communication skills and a willingness to learn cross-functional collaboration. 3.2Ability to read and write in English; spoken English proficiency is a plus. 4.Strong attention to detail and task tracking. 5.Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and strong sense of accountability.
