岗位职责：
1.负责大学中英文新闻报道、采访，撰写各类宣传文案；
2.负责大学网站、社交媒体、宣传册等平台的内容创作及运营维护；
3.负责日常与外部媒体联络，拓展并维护媒体关系，组织新闻发布会、媒体开放日等活动；
4.负责大学全媒体渠道宣传活动的策划与执行，并对活动目标、数据、效果等复盘，挖掘和分析用户行为习惯，持续提升交互质量；
5.协助大学宣传视频的创意策划与拍摄剪辑；
6.完成领导交代的其他工作。
1.Report university news, conduct interviews, and write promotional content in both Chinese and English.
2.Ensure timely updates of the university's website, social media, brochures, and other platforms.
3.Manage and enhance relations with external media outlets, including organizing press conferences and media days.
4.Plan and execute promotional campaigns across all university media channels, analyzing outcomes and user engagement to boost interaction quality.
5.Support the production of university promotional videos.
6.Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

任职要求：
1.学历要求：硕士（优秀者可放宽至本科）
2.专业要求：新闻、传媒或市场营销等相关专业
3.工作技能：
（1）具有扎实的中英文写作功底，表达清晰，文笔流畅；
（2）熟悉官网、微信公众号、抖音、视频号、小红书等运营生态，熟练使用微信公众号排版编辑器；
（3）具备日常新闻（会务、活动、风景等）照片拍摄技能；
（4）能使用如PS、PR、剪映等设计与视频剪辑软件；
（5）能够快速产出活动方案，并能够推动活动落地执行，擅长数据分析和挖掘，通过活动数据复盘，不断优化活动形式，提升活动效果；
（6）具有全局意识和较强的执行力，注重细节，有良好的沟通能力与团队精神。
此岗位需要英文面试+笔试。请随简历提供个人作品集（个人文章、新闻报道、新媒体作品等）。
1.Master's Degree is preferred (bachelor’s degree acceptable for outstanding candidates) in journalism, media, marketing, or related fields.
2.Strong writing abilities in both English and Chinese, with the capability to express ideas clearly and fluently.
3.Knowledgeable about social media operation.
4.Competency in capturing high-quality photographs for daily news.
5.Familiarity with design and video editing software such as Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and others for cutting and editing purposes.
6.Ability to quickly develop event programmes and effectively promote and implement activities on-site. Skilled in data analysis to continually refine event formats and enhance outcomes.
7.An open mindset with strong execution skills, meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication capabilities, and a team-oriented approach.
