1. Act as the key communication channel with the client and the project management team of the company; responsible solution Driver for Customer Project Portfolio – Design, Maintain & Develop Solutions Portfolio; 2. Provide leadership to the project team, develop and define the responsible matrix to the project team; 3. Responsible for the overall progress of the project and ensure the timeline for all NPI build ; 4. Take care all customer needs on daily basis, communicate with internal team to meet customer needs, and proactively solve problems when encountering them; 5. With RRD's full authority to be overall responsible for project scope, project milestone and schedule, project quality, project delivery and project cost; 6. Lead the project team to identify all potential project risks and develop the risk mitigation plans, and escalate such risks to the company management if necessary; 7. Provide the accurate project status report to the company management in a timely manner;
Requirements 1. At least 3+ years Sales/ Sales Support experience in project management; 2. Excellent in English (oral & written) & computer operation; Experience in consultancy to customers a presentation & communication skills, open mind and team work spirit; 3. Flexibility and be able to work in high-pressure circumstance; Aggressive, Positive & Proactive attitude; 4. Have strong ability to withstand stress, be positive, optimistic and resilient; 5. Strong logical thinking ability and learning ability;
