Key Responsibilities: 61 IT network and system documentation management, including configuration, procedures, and policies documents. Ensure compliance with internal and external documentation standards. 61 Support the IT team in budget planning, monitoring, and reporting. 61 Track IT-related expenses, reconcile invoices, and ensure alignment with approved budgets. 61 Generate financial reports and forecasts for review by IT management. 61 Coordinate the procurement of IT hardware, software, and services, including RFQ, quote comparisons, and purchase order processing, monitor delivery timelines and resolve procurement-related issues. 61 Maintain an inventory of IT assets, assist in reviewing and tracking IT-related contracts to ensure timely renewals of licenses/service contracts. 61 Maintain a centralized contract repository and track key deadlines (renewals, payments). ________________________________________ Requirements: 61 Education: College or bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 61 Experience: o 1–3 years of experience in an IT coordination, or support role. o Familiarity with IT documentation, budget tracking, procurement processes, and contract management. 61 Skills: o Fluent in English o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and documentation tools (e.g., SharePoint). o Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and systems. o Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. o Good written and verbal communication skills. o Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
