1. At least 5+ years Quality management experience working in manufacturing industry.
2. Good understanding on Data Analysis Software （e.g. Minitab）
3. Good understanding of digital equipment, automation of data collection, etc.
4. Experience working with SPC technology or Quality Poke Yoke
5. Familiar with Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PBI and Power Point is a must.
6. Average command of written ＆ oral English.
7. Good communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
8. Able to work pro-actively and effectively, self-starter and hardworking.
