Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate with Director of Project Management/Senior Manager and US Product Managers/Designer to determine and assess project needs. 2. Kick-off Meeting and project Timeline development. 3. Ongoing maintenance and updating of Google project Management software (Smart sheets) and Development documentation. 4. Ensure all departments working to meet common timeline. 5. Consistently follow up with different departments to make sure everyone is departments have the answer they need to move forward. 6. Maintain project through entire development process. 7. Follow up regarding customer needs & our ability to provide them. 8. Track project during production to guarantee on time with shipment. 9. Communicate daily with different departments, including but not limited to, product managers, designers, merchandisers, and safety/compliance.
Qualifications:
1. High school or above 2. At least 5 years of experience on toys engineering. 3. Knowledge of EU/US testing requirements (EN71, ASTM, CPSIA, etc.) 4. Self-motivated, responsible, independent, hardworking, and willing to work under pressure. 5. Fluent written English is must, and fluent oral spoken English is preferred. 6. Proficiency in PC skills, like excel, word and PPT etc. 7. Excellent oral/written communication and listening skills.
