岗位职责 / Job Responsibilities: 1.销售目标管理 / Sales Target Management 1.1参与制定并完成公司年度销售目标及市场拓展计划,以实现业绩增长。 Develop and achieve annual sales targets with team members and market expansion plans, leading to business growth. 2.负责客户的销售和重点工作推进,积极促进销售的增长 2.1Responsible for the sales amount growth and push the important things to increase sales growth. 3.参与并负责新客户的开发,对潜在客户进行调查和分析,安排持续开发联络,争取合作 3.1Led new client acquisition by identifying and analyzing potential clients, maintaining follow-up communication, and securing partnerships. 4.跨部门协作 / Cross-functional Collaboration 4.1与市场、产品、供应链等部门协作,确保客户需求得到高效响应。 Collaborate with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to ensure timely responses to client requirements.
任职要求 / Qualifications: 1.本科及以上学历,专业不限。 Bachelor’s degree or above. 2.熟悉电子制造业及电子控制组件应用市场 Familiar with the electronic manufacturing industry and specialized in application markets for electronic control units. 3.英语沟通能力 Fluent in English communication skills 4.具备敏锐的商业洞察力和谈判能力。 Strong business acumen and negotiation skills. 5. 较好的逻辑分析能力、抗压能力以及持续学习能力 Excellent analytical skills, resilience under pressure, and commitment to continuous learning.
