1. Principle Responsibilities/Duties: 职责原则/职责

a. Knowing the material demand and consumption of production departments, coordinate the relationship with the related departments, and be familiar with the supply sourcing and market changes of the related all materials.
掌握产品及各部门需求及消耗情况，协调好与各事业部的关系，熟悉各种物资的供应渠道和市场变化情况。
b. Preparation of technical and quality documents related to purchasing department, and communication, coordination and handling of technical and quality issues with the related department.
负责采购部门有关技术、品质文件的拟制，以及跟与技术、品质部门有关技术、品质问题的沟通、协调和处理。
c. During new product development, responsible for new supplier, samples following, etc.
支持新产品开发工程中，采购部门负责的处理供应商开发，样品打样跟进等事项。
d. In charge of handling and arrangement procurement of indirect material and consumptions
负责处理安排杂项采购的业务
e. In charge of ISO auditing points of procurement department
负责处理ISO 审核过程中涉及的采购部门事项
f. Other work assigned by the line manager.
领导交办的其他工作。

2. Qualification Requirements of the Incumbent 任职资格要求：

a. Academic 学历:
Bachelor degree, major in Engineering
统招本科及以上学历，工程类专业
b. Job Experience 工作经验:
More than 5 years’ experience in manufacturing plant and more than 3 years’ experience in procurement department management
从事工业企业采购工作5年以上经验, 采购部门工作管理经验3年以上
c. Technical knowledge 专业知识:
1) Master in financial report preparation of production plant, product cost and profit analysis, taxes and budget management process;
精通五金件的加工制作和相关图纸阅读（2D/3D）
2) Have the ability on business negotiation
具备业务谈判能力
3) Familiar with ERP
熟悉ERP
d. Computer skills 电脑能力:
Proficient in Excel, Word, PPT and other office software;
精通Excel, Word, PPT 等各类办公软件；
e. Fluent with English
英语听说读写流利

此职位需在东莞与珠海办公，并能接受省内出差要求。
有外资公司工作经验（港资或台资也可）
