Purchasing & Inventory Analyst
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing & Inventory Analyst to manage inventory levels, purchasing activities, and supplier relationships across our China and U.S. warehouses. This role focuses on maintaining product availability, minimizing costs, and improving supplier diversification.

Key Responsibilities:

-Monitor inventory and place purchase orders based on lead time and demand forecasts

-Analyze sales trends, production speeds, and inventory levels to determine reorder points

-Maintain inventory databases and resolve discrepancies across multiple locations

-Perform cost analysis, negotiate supplier pricing and terms, and manage supplier risk

-Report inventory statistics and recommend improvements to optimize stock and reduce carrying costs

-Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments between suppliers, China warehouse, and U.S. warehouse

-Support strategic purchasing initiatives tied to margin improvement and supply chain efficiency

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field

-1–3 years of experience in procurement, inventory control, or supply chain roles

-Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems

-Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities

主要职责：

-根据供应周期和需求预测，监控库存并下达采购订单

-分析销售趋势、生产速度及库存水平，设定合理的补货点

-维护库存数据库，及时处理库存差异与异常

-进行产品成本分析，与供应商谈判价格及条款，降低采购成本

-汇总库存数据，提出库存优化与成本控制建议

-协调供应商、中国仓库与美国仓库之间的货物流转

-支持提升利润率和供应链效率的采购战略项目

岗位要求：

-本科及以上学历，供应链管理、工商管理或相关专业

-1–3年采购、库存管理或供应链相关工作经验

-具备良好的数据分析能力，熟练使用Excel及库存管理系统

-优秀的组织协调、沟通表达及问题解决能力
