Your Job
Product Design Engineer must be responsible for all phases of the product development, from concept to pre-production, include the multi-disciplinary actions necessary to meet customers’ requirements.

What You Will Do
61 Together with Engineering team, perform all related Engineering work such as design concept proposal, technical solutions to meet customer`s requirements in terms of technical performance, schedule, quality, and cost
61 Liaise with other operational functions in Molex (manufacturing plants, supply chain, quality) to make sure proposed design can go seamlessly in production.
61 Perform all related Engineering work on RFQ, such as analyzing customer requirements and communicate them with Molex global development team.
61 Communicate with Molex laboratory on product validation.
61 Maintain relationships with Engineering organizations of our customers, suppliers
61 Assist with any quality issues on current production parts including our response to customer concerns/complaints on parts performance.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
1. Bachelor’s in mechanical / Electrical / Industrial engineering at least
2. 5 years+ experience in Automotive product design or cable design
3. Good communication skill with CFT in Molex and customers
4. Experience in Design and development process of automotive parts from concept to production
5. Good communication skill with CFT in Molex and customers with English (ability to Reading, write and talking)
