REQUIREMENTS 61 Bachelor’s degree or higher in International Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field. 61 Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or international trade, preferably within the luxury, cosmetics, or FMCG sectors. 61 Strong data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret market trends, cost structures, and supplier performance to optimize procurement strategies. 61 Proven ability to perform under tight deadlines and dynamic business conditions, managing multiple priorities with a solutions-oriented mindset. 61 Combines creativity with pragmatism to develop cost-effective, scalable solutions while mitigating risks. 61 Exceptional ability to distill complex information into structured recommendations for cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders. 61 Advanced competency in MS Office (Excel for cost analysis, PowerPoint for presentations) and ERP/procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus. 61 Native or bilingual proficiency in Chinese,French and English (written and spoken) is essential for client and supplier negotiations.
