ROLE OBJECTIVE
61 Collaborate with Market-facing Product Manager to introduce new products to market
61 Utilize TE systems & processes to achieve launch completeness
61 Coordinate & prioritizes cross-functional team activities
61 Relentlessly drive new product activities to completion
61 Provide track record of bringing products to market
61 Demonstrate strong leadership with global teams
61 Build on Best Practices to reduce time to market
61 Improve efficiency with project execution


RESPONSIBILITIES
61 Plan and manage Rapid NPI project activities
61 Work closely with PM / ENG team to initiate projects
61 Set priorities and direction for multiple assigned projects
61 Report on project status, prioritization, and potential risks
61 Use TE systems to verify product & launch completeness
61 Coordinate completion of activities with cross-functional team
61 Work closely with PM / Sales / Marketing teams to launch products
61 Coordinate completion of project requirements / timing / cost / quality


EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE
61 Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
61 4+ years’ experience in project management


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
61 Previous managerial experience preferred
61 Knowledge in product development processes
61 Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
61 Experience with PPM software (Jira preferred)
61 PMI Certification a plus
