岗位职责: 职责Responsibilities: 1. 深入研究品类的市场行情和法律法规,制定完善采购策略,优化开发流程与计划; Study product market situation and regulations, formulate and improve procurement strategy, optimize development process and plan; 2. 结合品牌开发规划战略,寻找能开创市场需求的新商品,不断丰富公司产品品类;Combined with the brand development strategy, looking for new products to create market demand, and constantly enrich the company's product categories; 3. 根据业务发展需求,开发评估并引进合适的新供应商,扩大供应链资源储备;Develop, evaluate and introduce new suppliers according to business requirements, expand supply chain resource reserve; 4. 接待新供应商来访,组织会议交流,促进双方了解与合作;Receive visiting new suppliers, organize meetings for exchanges, and promote mutual understanding and cooperation; 5. 评估及认证新供应商的品质体系,比如产能、设备、交期、技术等,保证供应商的优良性;Evaluate and certify the quality system of new suppliers, such as production capacity, equipment, delivery time, technology, etc., to ensure the quality of suppliers; 6. 跟踪供应商开发结果,定期向上级汇报;Follow up souring results and report to superior regularly; 权限Rights: 1. 根据新供应商的走访评估结果,有权决定是否推荐该供应商,无法判断时需向上级领导汇报;Based on the evaluation results of the new supplier visit, have the right to decide whether to recommend the supplier. Report to your superior if you cannot make a decision. 任职要求: 1. 专科及以上学历,理工科相关专业;College degree or above, major in science or engineering. 2. 英语CET4,能看懂常见英语单词; English CET4, can understand common English words. 3. 至少3年以上供应商开发经验,如具有Spin Master, Melissa & Doug,TRU,Costco,Mattel,360等玩具行业采购,产品开发经经验者优先考虑;At least 3 years supplier development experience, preferably with Spin Master, Melissa & Doug,TRU,Costco, Mattel, 360 and other toy industry purchasing and product development experience; 4. 熟悉玩具行业安全标准,了解中国玩具产区概况,掌握一定的供应商资源;Familiar with the safety standards of toy industry, understand the general situation of toy production areas in China, master certain supplier resources; 5. 熟悉婴童玩具行业产品的采购和资质要求;Familiar with the product procurement and qualification requirements of baby toy industry; 6. 熟练使用常规办公软件word/Excel/ppt,会做简单的数据分析;Familiar with conventional office software, such as Word /Excel/ PPT, able to do simple data analysis;
