Customer Development & Relationship Management 61 Identify potential customers (e.g., manufacturing firms, medical institutions, research organizations) and establish long-term partnerships to improve repeat purchase rates. 61 Conduct regular visits to key accounts, understand evolving needs, and provide customized solutions. 3. Technical Support & Solution Design 61 Collaborate with the technical team to deliver ultrasonic application demos, technical Q&A, and product selection advice. 61 Assist customers in equipment testing, acceptance, and after-sales issue resolution. 4. Market Analysis & Competitive Strategy 61 Gather industry trends, competitor intelligence, and customer feedback to develop differentiated sales strategies. 61 Participate in trade shows, technical seminars, and other events to promote company products and branding. 5. End-to-End Project Management 61 Oversee projects from requirement alignment, quotation negotiation, contract signing, to delivery and acceptance, ensuring smooth execution. 61 Coordinate cross-functional resources (production, R&D, after-sales) to resolve critical customer issues. 6.
