岗位职责：
1. Be responsible for the management and operation of the laboratory and maintain the laboratory at high quality level.
负责实验室的管理和运作，并保持实验室处于高质量水平。
2. Be responsible for formulating the experimental plan, implementation method and parameter tracking during implementation of each functional module.
负责制定每个功能模块的实验方案、实施方法以及在实施过程中的参数跟踪工作。
3. Coordinate the R&D, quality, and production departments of the company according to the needs of the laboratory work to ensure the efficient implementation of the test plan.
根据实验室工作的需求，协调公司内的研发、质量及生产部门，以确保测试计划能够高效执行。
4. Oversee teams’ performance to reach departments target and guarantee high level of service to issue accurate reports on-time.
监督团队的工作表现，以达成部门目标，并确保提供高质量的服务，按时提交准确的报告。
5. Formulate and improve the emergency plan and coordinate all departments to deal with the problems in the test process, follow up the TIR.
制定并完善应急预案，协调各部门处理测试过程中的问题，并跟进技术改进报告。
6. Continuously improve the quality management of the laboratory and regularly evaluate the quality level of the laboratory.
持续提升实验室的质量管理水平，并定期评估实验室的质量状况。
7. Supervise the laboratory staff's experimental operation to ensure the safety and quality in the laboratory.
监督实验室工作人员的实验操作，以确保实验室内的安全和质量。
8. Complete other work assigned by the Laboratory manager.
完成实验室经理安排的其他工作。


岗位要求：
1. A bachelor’s degree with technical background.
拥有技术背景的学士学位。
2. At least 5+ years of relevant experience in laboratory.
至少拥有 5 年以上实验室相关工作经验。
3. Fluency in English.
英语流利。
4. It’s good to have experience in ISO 17025 or GP 10.
拥有 ISO 17025 或 GP 10 相关的实践经验更佳。
5. 3 years’ experience in automotive or power products
三年的汽车或动力产品相关工作经验
